Job summary

rich construction company pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Precast Coordination Specialist to oversee condominium projects in Singapore. You will draw precast details, monitor production schedules, and coordinate with consultants on technical requirements.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant precast coordination experience, preferably in condominiums. Strong communication and able to handle multiple projects under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in precast coordination in condominium project
• Experience in aluminium façade works will be an added advantage
• Professional attitude and good personal presentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to resolve issues independently
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Working hours: 5-day work week, with overtime allowance provided for work beyond regular hours, subject to project requirements.
