Job summary

CLSA in Singapore is seeking an Analyst - Assistant Portfolio Manager to join our AI-driven equities team. You will help manage stock coverage in India and the US, shadow the lead PM, and participate in developing fund strategies for institutional and accredited investors.

You should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and have 3–5 years in equities, with interest in India markets or technology. The role offers broad exposure, entrepreneurial flexibility, and a path toward portfolio management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of experience in Equities (buy-side or sell-side).
• Experience in India markets and/or Technology is valued.
• Technology savvy, eager to adopt latest technologies.
• Independent thinker with strong fundamental investment grounding.
• Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock coverage in India and US markets.
• Shadow lead portfolio manager in new fund strategies with view to eventually take over.
• Explore and contribute customized investment ideas, portfolio solutions for clients aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Target client segments are institutions and accredited investors.
• Contribute to firm’s solutions and product strategy with ability to provide customised offerings.
• Engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to share our investment views.
