Job summary

ASE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Production Planner to support planners with administrative tasks and monitor the daily production schedule. The role involves expediting lots from receiving to shipping, tracking shipment backlog, and preparing daily reports.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of production control experience in manufacturing; semiconductor/electronics exposure is a plus. 12-hour day or night shifts may apply. On-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production control experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with production planning/expediting is beneficial.
• Shift work including 12-hour day or night shifts.
• Semiconductor/electronics industry exposure is advantageous.

• Monitor daily production schedule and ensure alignment to planners’ plan.
• Expedite and follow up on lots movement from receiving to shipping to ensure shipments are met.
• Monitor shipment backlog and highlight any potential missed shipment.
• Prepare daily report (incoming ship alert, backlog status, etc).
