  • Act as escalation point for operational issues, delays, and client concerns.

  • Coordinate with terminals, port authorities, pilots, and service providers.

  • Ensure compliance with HSSE, ISGOTT, MARPOL, and port regulations.

  • Monitor operational performance, documentation, and cost control.

  • Support process improvements and operational reporting.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, or related field.

  • 5–8 years of ship agency experience, with strong tanker exposure.

  • Prior supervisory or assistant managerial experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.
