Position Title: Assistant Operations Manager (Road Construction)

Working Location: Pioneer

Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 8 AM - 5 PM, Sat half day)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,900 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising and meeting with customers for road construction and resurfacing projects
• Assist with planning, executing, and monitoring road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing project progress
• Assist Operations Manager in all road and airfield runway construction projects including resurfacing operations-related matters, manpower, equipment, safety, and site surveys
• Attend meetings with customers and clients
• Decision-making for equipment and team allocation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification
• Has experience with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA)
• Prior experience with road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing is required
• Proficient in MS Office
• A class 3 driving license is required
