Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead clinical operations in our Singapore facility.

You will oversee nursing standards, staff coordination, and resident care delivery, ensuring compliance with MOH guidelines and internal policies. The role demands at least 5 years of clinical nursing with a managerial background, Advanced Diploma in Nursing, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Nursing with registration from the relevant authority.
• Certifications in gerontology, palliative care, or leadership training are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including a managerial role.
• Prior experience in community care is an advantage.
• Leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing standards and ensure quality and safe resident care.
• Supervise assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Review residents' care plans and participate in case conferences and care audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of clinical records.
• Lead and supervise a team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and support staff.
• Plan duty rosters and manage manpower to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to nursing staff to enhance clinical competencies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and facilitate continuous learning and development.
• Manage daily operations of the nursing home ward or unit.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, medication management, and safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and ward inventory.
• Assist in budgeting and resource planning.
