Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead and mentor our nursing team across facilities.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key duties include staffing and budget management, quality assurance initiatives, and staying abreast of best practices to enhance resident care and satisfaction. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and ongoing education to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures governing nursing practices and resident care.
• Participate in quality assurance programs, conducting regular audits, and implementing measures to enhance the quality of care and resident satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and healthcare providers, fostering effective communication and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and optimal utilization of resources.
• Assist in budget planning and management, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve operational efficiency.
• Stay in touch with current trends, best practices, and advancements in nursing care, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into practice as appropriate.
