Job summary

Apex Harmony in Singapore seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to lead clinical teams in elderly and dementia care, mentor staff, review care plans, and uphold high standards of practice. You will drive person-centred care, oversee assessments, audits, infection prevention, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting families through education and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in LTC (preferred) as an Assistant Nurse Manager or equivalent, or 5–8 years’ experience in acute care with geriatrics exposure.
• Strong clinical leadership and mentoring capabilities; patient-centred care focus.

Responsibilities

• Timely recognition, escalation, and management of clinical deterioration and emergencies.
• Supporting residents and families through education, counselling and decision-making.
• Promoting safety, caring and dignified environments where residents can live well.
• Reviewing and overseeing clinical assessments, care plans and documentation.
• Leading clinical audits, incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promoting medication safety, infection prevention and resident safety.
• Championing person-centred and evidence-based clinical care.
• Serving as a clinical expert and role model.
• Ensure quality, continuity and compliance.
