Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Nurse Clinician for multiple settings in Singapore. The role involves coordinating care, supervising nursing teams, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

You will assess patients, maintain meticulous records, and contribute to policy improvements. The position requires a nursing degree with SNB registration and preferred inpatient experience of over five years.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration.
• Inpatient experience of 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and ensure patients receive optimal clinical care, often leading teams of nurses.
• Assess patients, monitor progress, and identify early signs of changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting care activities and interventions.
• Assist in reviewing and identifying ways to improve policies and procedures.
• Work closely with other departments to provide the best care.
• Participate in work improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform clinical audits.
• Develop nursing education programs for ongoing improvements.
• Preceptorship for junior nurses.
• Other tasks assigned.

• Plays a vital role in coordinating, supervising, and ensuring patients receive optimal clinical care, often managing complex cases and leading teams of nurses.
• ANCs utilize their clinical skills and knowledge to assess patients, monitor their progress, and identify early signs of changes in their condition.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting care activities, assessments, and interventions.
• Assist in reviewing and identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
• Work closely with other department in providing the best care.
• Participate in work improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform clinical audits.
• Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements.
• Preceptorship for junior nurses.
• Other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Nursing with a valid full registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• More than 5 years of inpatient experiences will be preferred.
