RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is assisting a leading Singaporean healthcare organisation to recruit an Assistant Nurse Clinician. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care and contribute to discharge planning.

You will monitor patient progress, support nursing staff, ensure infection control compliance, and participate in feedback for new nurses and students. Applicants with relevant experience are encouraged, and shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsabilités

• Works with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.
• Monitors patients’ progress based on the care plan and checks if they are ready for discharge.
• Supports the nursing team in resolving clinical or operational issues, and escalates to the superior when needed.
• Checks infection control practices, ensures compliance, and identifies areas for improvement.
• Reviews the performance of new nurses and nursing students and provides feedback to the relevant personnel.
