Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) seeks a capable coordinator to assist in developing and implementing Healthier SG and AgeWell SG initiatives, conducting trials to identify gaps and refine workflows to implement customised outreach models.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsive and adaptive to a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop and implement Healthier SG and AgeWell SG initiatives, conduct trials to identify gaps and refine workflows as needed, to implement customised outreach models.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to address concerns about implementation challenges, data requests, and provide feedback to AIC and MOH divisions.
• Prepare communication materials tailored to stakeholders, including agendas, engagement strategies, and customised pitch decks for engagements with Healthcare Clusters / public sector agencies and/or private entities.
• Ensure feedback and requests of stakeholders are responded to within agreed timescales.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance processes and change management.
• Provide insights, data, feedback etc aimed at improving SOPs, operational efficiency, resource optimisation and customer experience.
• Assist to perform any other ad hoc project and duties assigned.
