As Assistant Manager, Quality Management, you will support NTUC Health's organisation-wide Quality Management function. Reporting to the Assistant Director / Senior Manager overseeing Quality Management, you will support the development of an integrated view of quality across business units and functions through the collection, analysis, reporting and follow-through of incidents, feedback, audits, service indicators and improvement opportunities.
In this role, you will work with various stakeholders across business units, including service, clinical and corporate teams, to support quality measurement, incident learning, assurance activities, regulatory readiness, quality improvement and culture-building efforts. You will also contribute to quality-related governance platforms and workgroups through data preparation, reporting, coordination and action tracking, ensuring that quality discussions are supported by clear information, timely follow-up and stronger accountability.
