Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant/Manager, Planning to lead a team of planners and drive materials planning to meet production schedules.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Programme and Warehouse, maintain data integrity in SAP/Kinaxis/Power BI environments, and monitor forecasts to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science/ Mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in material planning, production planning, and supply chain management with leadership experience
• MRP/ERP systems (SAP, advanced excel, kinaxis, power BI, dashboard analysis)
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma advantageous to have

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Planners to achieve key performance
• Plan & schedule materials availability to drive production to meet customers delivery commits
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Programme and Warehouse for on-time delivery
• Maintain systems data integrity and enter purchase/fabrication parts accurately
• Renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plan and pull in & out with suppliers
• Execute materials planning and purchasing for production fulfillment
• Attend production meetings and generate management reports

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of Planners to achieve the key performance
• Parts maintenance checking before project kicks in
• Manage 500-1000 items per projects
• Plan & schedule materials availability to drive production to meet customers delivery commits
• Co-ordinate with other departments includingBuyer, Operations, Programme and Warehousefor on-time delivery
• Systems data maintenance and integrity, key in purchase parts and fabrication parts correctly.
• Identify the possible production bottlenecks and have contingencies plans
• Work with existing vendor on the completion of the new revision material or temporary change order.
• To renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plan and pull in & out with suppliers accordingly.
• Execute materials planning and purchase for production fulfillment
• Review report daily with purchasing dept.
• To coordinate withquality engineers of any non-conforming materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers
• Attend production meetings and any others for communication and update purpose
• Generate management report and other activities as assigned by Superior

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science/ Mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering

Experience Requirement:

• Preferably in manufacturing environment
• At least 5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain management, with leadership experience
• Having strong requirement of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, advanced excel, kinaxis, power BI, dashboard analysis)
• Experience with lean manufacturing or sig sigma is advantageous to have
