Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore is seeking a Sr Mgr, Planning to lead a team of planners and ensure timely materials availability for production. The role involves coordinating with Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse to meet customer delivery commitments and optimizing data integrity in planning systems.

The position prefers candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering and prior manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Planners to achieve key performance.
• Plan & schedule materials availability to drive production to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Buyer, Operations, Programme and Warehouse for on-time delivery.
• Maintain systems data and ensure correct entry of purchase and fabrication parts.
• Identify production bottlenecks and develop contingencies.
• Renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plans with suppliers.
• Execute materials planning and purchasing for production fulfillment.
• Review daily reports with Purchasing department.
• Coordinate with quality engineers on non-conforming materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers.
• Attend production meetings and communicate updates.
• Generate management reports and other tasks as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of Planners to achieve the key performance
• Parts maintenance checking before project kick in
• Plan & schedule materials availability to drive production to meet customers delivery commits
• Co-ordinate with other departments includingBuyer, Operations, Programme and Warehousefor on-time delivery
• Systems data maintenance and integrity, key in purchase parts and fabrication parts correctly.
• Identify the possible production bottlenecks and have contingencies plans
• Work with existing vendor on the completion of the new revision material or temporary change order.
• To renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plan and pull in & out with suppliers accordingly.
• Execute materials planning and purchase for production fulfillment
• Review report daily with purchasing dept.
• To coordinate withquality engineers of any non-conforming materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers
• Attend production meetings and any others for communication and update purpose
• Generate management report and other activities as assigned by Superior

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering

Experience Requirement:

• Preferably in manufacturing environment
