Job summary

SingHealth’s Regional Health System Centre for Person-Centred Care (CPCC) invites applications for an operations, administrative and project coordination role. You will support planning, funding, implementation, evaluation, and reporting of PCC initiatives across RHS and CPCC’s programmes.

Collaborating with CPCC management and stakeholders, you will maintain databases, manage documents and contribute to strategic planning, while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality communications and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills with good understanding of statistics, improvement methodologies and change management would be an added advantage
• Good presentation skills and ability to write well
• Highly independent yet effective in team setting
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative and project coordination support to the RHS Centre for Person-Centred Care (CPCC).
• Assist with project planning, funding, implementation, evaluation, reports and publications for PCC programmes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on grant applications and management of documents (NDAs, research collaboration agreements).
• Maintain databases and up-to-date documentation of CPCC activities, workplans and reports.
• Update intranet and networking media for CPCC and perform other duties as assigned.
