Job summary

SingHealth invites a Manager to the CPCC to help disseminate person-centred care across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster and beyond. You will work with senior leadership on strategy, curriculum development, training delivery and research, building international partnerships and pursuing accreditations for courses.

You will lead a small team, guide projects, and ensure impact through robust evaluation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Arts and Social Sciences.
• Min 6 years in health and social care with 3+ years in learning and development.
• Experience in human-centred training and capability development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination and time-management skills.

Join the SingHealth Regional Health System Centre for Person-Centred Care (CPCC), a pioneering centre of excellence dedicated to embedding person-centred philosophy across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster and beyond. You will be part of a team that is shaping how care is experienced by patients, users, and caregivers, making a meaningful difference at both the individual and systems level.
We are seeking a Manager to support senior leadership in establishing and growing CPCC's reputation locally and internationally. This is a multifaceted role that spans across strategy, implementation, curriculum development, training delivery, stakeholder engagement, and research, all in service of spreading person-centred care across SingHealth institutions and the wider community.

What You Will Do

You will review, plan, and implement strategies to promote person-centred care in alignment with SingHealth's mission and cluster goals, and work closely with the leadership team on strategic planning and engagement initiatives. You will prepare regular reports and presentations for SingHealth management and CPCC Executive Committee members and pursue accreditation of existing and new courses with relevant bodies. You will write grants to secure external funding for the centre's activities where required.
A significant part of your role involves building and sustaining collaborations. You will engage local, regional, and global organisations to benchmark best practices and drive international partnerships, work closely with higher institutes of learning to provide person-centred care training upstream, and consolidate and showcase efforts by SingHealth and community partners.
You will promote and participate in collaborative research with academic, industrial, and clinical institutions, and oversee the evaluation of training effectiveness. You will guide and support your team, driving performance and ensuring the effective use of resources to achieve the centre's objectives.
You will also explore innovative approaches to make education effective and impactful. You will manage learner assessments and programme evaluations, and continuously improve programmes based on best practices and stakeholder feedback.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Arts and Social Sciences
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in health and social care settings, with at least 3 years in learning and development and conducting human-capital/ person-centred related training Strong interpersonal, communication coordination and time management skills
• Effective presentation and organisational skills with good attention to detail
