Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage artefact acquisitions, donations, loans, and related legal agreements and logistics.
• Provide registrar support for exhibitions, scheduling, and artefact movement tracking.
• Oversee museum artefact store operations, inventory control, and reporting.
• Support monthly onsite and online programmes and exhibitions, including event setup and crowd management.
• Coordinate programme publications, school bookings and academic-year scheduling.

We are looking for experienced candidates in Museum Programmes and Exhibitions with keen interest in the Arts and History.

• Up to $4,000 per month
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours

What to expect:

• Manage artefact acquisitions, donations, incoming and outgoing loans, including legal agreements, logistics, conservation, customs compliance, insurance, and shipment coordination.
• Provide registrar support for exhibitions, gallery rotations,and artefact-related projects through scheduling, space planning, artefact movement tracking, inventory management, and conservation arrangements.
• Oversee museum artefact store operations and stakeholder coordination,including inventory control, environmental monitoring, stock-taking, documentation, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Support theconceptualisation and execution of monthly onsite and online programmes and exhibitions, including weekend events, programme setup/tear-down, crowd management, activity facilitation, visitor engagement, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate programme publication, manage school bookings, and oversee scheduling for the academic year.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 2 years of experience in Project Management within Museums/Exhibitions.
