Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor. The role includes guiding customers through claims processes and supporting operational tasks to meet service performance targets. Applicants should have at least 8 years of customer service experience, with 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Prior automotive industry experience is beneficial. Qualifications

  • At least 8 years’ customer service/retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Automotive industry experience required; familiarity with Body & Paint operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and understanding their needs.
  • Guide customers through accident reporting and claims processes.
  • Support operational tasks including follow-ups and vehicle collection.
  • Contribute to service performance by meeting NPS targets and proposing improvements.
