Job summary

sggovterp is looking for a customer management professional to support its SME and micro-SME customers in Singapore.

You will address operational and real estate-related needs, build strong relationships, and help companies affected by redevelopment plans with relocation, including liaising with agencies to ensure a smooth transition.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and resourcefulness to solve problems in a public-sector environment.

You will support JTC's permanent staff in managing its Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) and micro-SME customers.

What you will be working on

You will address the operational and real estate-related needs of JTC's SME and micro-SME customers, while building and maintaining strong business relationships. The role may also involve assisting companies affected by redevelopment works in their relocation plans, including identifying suitable alternative properties and liaising with relevant agencies and departments to ensure a smooth transition for the companies.
