Sephora SEA is seeking an Assistant Manager, Loyalty Marketing to drive the regional loyalty program across Southeast Asia and Oceania through planning, execution, and optimization of customer campaigns.

You will partner with market teams to ensure campaigns are effective, measurable, and commercially impactful, focusing on recruitment, retention, reactivation and lifecycle growth.

The role requires strong campaign management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of loyalty, CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or a related function.
  • Proven experience managing customer campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, customer retention, and lifecycle management.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in retail, beauty, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and sustenance of the loyalty program, delivering BAU initiatives on time.
  • Plan and execute loyalty campaigns supporting acquisition, retention, reactivation, and engagement.
  • Lead renewal perks development to strengthen retention and loyalty value propositions.
  • Drive up-tiering initiatives and loyalty mechanics to increase lifecycle value and purchase frequency.
  • Support design and rollout of milestone-based challenges, gamification features, and engagement journeys.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support regional loyalty initiatives.
  • Oversee campaign-related communications and display touchpoints for consistency with brand objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to support loyalty-related journeys and prompts.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with regional strategy and local rollout.

Assistant Manager, Loyalty Marketing

The Assistant Manager, Loyalty Marketing will play a key role in driving the performance of the regional loyalty program through the planning, execution, and optimization of customer campaigns and always-on member engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for managing core loyalty program mechanics that support member recruitment, retention, reactivation, and lifecycle growth across multiple markets in Southeast Asia and Oceania.

The ideal candidate combines strong campaign management capabilities with a solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, loyalty operations, and cross-functional stakeholder management. This individual will work closely with regional and local market teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, performance is tracked rigorously, and member experiences remain relevant, seamless, and commercially impactful.

  • Plan and execute loyalty campaigns that support key business objectives including member acquisition, retention, reactivation, and engagement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of annual membership renewal perks to strengthen member retention and reinforce loyalty value propositions.
  • Drive up-tiering initiatives and loyalty mechanics to increase member lifecycle value and purchase frequency.
  • Support the design and rollout of milestone-based challenges, gamification features, and engagement journeys to encourage repeat participation and higher spending.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support regional loyalty initiatives.
  • Oversee campaign-related communications and display touchpoints to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand and program objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across metrics such as recruitment, retention, reactivation, and active member growth, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to support loyalty-related customer journeys and program touchpoints, including sign-up flows, checkout prompts, and sustenance triggers.
  • Ensure campaign execution is aligned with regional strategy while supporting smooth adaptation and rollout across local markets
