A leading organization in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll administration and ensure timely compensation for employees. The ideal candidate will manage the outsource payroll team and handle reporting and analysis for the annual manpower budget. Candidates should have a degree in Human Resource Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with proficiency in Workday and Excel.
As a key member of the team, your primary responsibilities are to manage the full spectrum of payroll administration performed by the payroll outsource team to ensure timely and accurate compensation payment is made to employees. You are also required to handle follow-up after each pay run.
Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting in the annual manpower budget exercise for the organisation.
