NTU Singapore's School of Civil and Environmental Engineering seeks an Assistant Manager (Faculty Operations & Support) to oversee daily administrative operations, facilities management, space planning, and examination logistics, ensuring compliance with university policies.
The role collaborates with faculty, staff and external vendors to deliver high-quality services, improve workflows, and provide timely operational reports, while upholding safety and governance standards.
The Assistant Manager (Faculty Operations & Support) role in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) is responsible for managing and coordinating the School’s administrative operations, facilities and space management, examination support, resource management and operational improvement initiatives. The role works closely with faculty, staff, university departments, internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services, effective resource utilisation and compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
