Job summary

JSW is seeking an Events Marketing Specialist in Singapore to lead end-to-end event initiatives, from strategy to post-event analysis. You will define goals, audiences, and KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.

You will manage venues, vendors, and on-site execution, coordinate promotional campaigns across email, social, paid ads and PR, and collaborate on signage, landing pages, invitations, and swag. Data-driven ROI will be evaluated.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Strategy & Planning: Define event goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with broader marketing objectives.
• Logistics & Vendor Management: Source and manage venues, caterers, audiovisual suppliers, and other external partners.
• Promotional Campaigns: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns—including email marketing, social media, paid ads, and PR to drive attendance.
• Content & Collateral Creation: Collaborate with design and product teams to produce engaging event signage, landing pages, invitations, and swag.
• On-Site Execution: Oversee event operations, manage guest check-ins and VIPs, and troubleshoot issues live.
• Post-Event Analytics: Track registration numbers, attendee feedback, and generated pipeline/leads to evaluate return on investment
