Job summary

SEA Singapore seeks an accomplished internal audit professional for its Digital Banking function. You will assess risk, lead audit projects, and use data analytics to focus on critical areas from end-to-end processes.

The role requires deep banking audit knowledge, MAS regulatory exposure, and strong stakeholder management to deliver timely, high-quality assurance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant banking audit experience.
• Knowledge of MAS banking regulations and risk management.
• Experience with AML/CFT requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual risk assessments to support the risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead a project team of auditors through audit planning, fieldwork and reporting.
• Apply risk analytics and data analytics to identify key risk areas.
• Monitor changes in the risk profile of the digital bank on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure audits comply with standards, practices and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to IA team members on scope and risks involved.
• Support communications with Management, Audit Committee, External Auditors and Regulators.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned.
