ANEXT Bank, a Singapore‑based digital wholesale bank regulated by MAS, seeks an experienced Head of Internal Audit to deliver risk‑driven audits and high‑quality reports aligned with regulations and strategy. You will partner with management to remediate issues and seize value‑added opportunities to advance business goals.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in internal/external audit or risk management.
• Familiar with MAS regulations and applicable laws.
• Data analytics capability; SQL preferred.
• Certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CAMS or similar preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Head of Internal Audit and help establish risk‑driven audit plans in line with local regs and business strategy.
• Independently identify and evaluate risks and controls; deliver high‑quality audit reports meeting internal and local regulatory requirements.
• Communicate issues with root cause analysis and provide remediation plans; validate remediation effectiveness.
• Identify value‑added opportunities and support regulatory inspections, risk assessments and risk management framework.
• Demonstrate an AI and digital transformation mindset; leverage data analytics and automation to boost audit efficiency and impact.
• Conduct ad‑hoc reviews as requested and contribute as a strong team player.
