Job summary

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of Community Health Plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise and facilitate regular meetings to align partners towards common objectives and monitor progress effectively.
• Collaborate with grassroots leaders, social agencies, healthcare providers, and other partners to establish robust support networks.
• Design and execute health initiatives that engage stakeholders and contribute to community well-being.
• Utilize data analysis and insights to inform decision-making and track the impact of health initiatives, ensuring progress toward healthier communities.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/ business development/ account management is advantageous.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration.
• Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with the Singapore healthcare system or knowledge of integrated care models is an advantage.
