Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a professional to support the enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme within the Sustainability Division. You will engage with government agencies, retailers, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme implementation and data-driven evaluation of outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring experience in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and sustainability initiatives, with strong communication and organisational skills for multi-stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement/service delivery, data analysis, or sustainability fields.
• Experience in managing large-scale programmes; recycling/energy efficiency initiatives would be advantageous.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Quantitative skills in data synthesis, data analysis and projections.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the review and implementation of CFHP, addressing feedback, enquiries and appeals from the public.
• Engage with government agencies and internal/external stakeholders on programme implementation.
• Coordinate with participating retailers on CFHP operation matters.
• Conduct data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as required.
