Job summary

NEA National Environment Agency seeks a capable professional to support the Climate Friendly Households Programme within the Sustainability Division. You will coordinate with retailers, government agencies and internal teams to implement CFHP smoothly, analyse data, and strengthen programme outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, policy coordination and clear communication, contributing to Singapore's efforts toward a zero-waste future with robust governance and cross-agency

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement or sustainability programmes.
• Experience managing large-scale programmes and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong data analysis and projections skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and analytics tools (R, Qlik).
• Team player, adaptable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Support the review and implementation of the enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme (CFHP), such as addressing feedback, enquiries and appeals from members of the public.
• Engage with government agencies (e.g. HDB), internal (e.g. legal, finance) and external stakeholders (e.g. retailers) on programme implementation.
• Engage with participating retailers on CFHP operation matters.
• Conduct data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Support in other ad-hoc duties.
