Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a capability development professional to drive learning initiatives across the Airport Management Cluster. You will help the workforce upskill in systems thinking, AI, automation and digital operations to thrive in a digital, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Organisational Development, Operations Transformation or related fields.
• Experience supporting transformation, technology adoption or digital capability-building initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and programme management skills.
• Good understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, data analytics and digital workplace tools, and how to upskill non-technical staff in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Build Future Airport Management (AM) Capabilities across the AM Cluster.
• Design and deliver learning programmes that strengthen systems thinking, problem-solving, innovation and digital competencies across the AM Cluster.
• Facilitate workshops, simulations, hackathons, and action-learning initiatives that support transformation and capability building.
• Partner with business leaders to identify future skill requirements and address capability gaps.
• Enable Transformation & Technology Adoption in AI, automation, digital tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Translate emerging technology trends into practical learning interventions for operational teams, with emphasis on resilience thinking and contingency planning.
• Lead Learning & Development Programmes from needs analysis to implementation and evaluation.
• Oversee learning governance, budgets and reporting.
