Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance retail assets, focusing on retail planning, trade mix optimisation, tenant performance analysis, and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Support asset strategy for retail positioning and review floor plans and design proposals.
• Analyse rent roll, footfall, occupancy and capital expenditures; assist budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for retail assets.
• Review and optimise trade mix to ensure strong brand representation and tenant synergy; evaluate new retail concepts.
• Support due diligence exercises and financial feasibility studies for redevelopment or repositioning projects.

Job description

We are recruiting for a large cap-listed property investment, management and development group in Singapore. They are looking to beef up their asset management team.

Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible in managing and enhancing their retail assets. The role will focus on retail planning, trade mix optimisation, tenant performance analysis, and asset enhancement initiatives to strengthen positioning, drive footfall, and maximise asset value.

Key responsibilities include supportingasset strategy for retail positioning, analyse tenant performance, sales productivity, footfall and occupancy, manage net property income (rental income and operating expenses) and capital expenditures as well as assisting in budgeting, forecasting, annual business plans and performance reporting for retail assets.

You will review and optimise trade mix to ensure strong brand representation and tenant synergy, support zoning and adjacency planning to enhance customer journey and brand visibility as well as evaluating new retail concepts.

You will support the formulation and execution of retail asset enhancement initiatives and reconfiguration projects, including financial feasibility studies and business case preparation, review floor plans and design proposals as well as supporting due diligence exercises.
