Job summary

Synapxe seeks an Assistant Manager - Business Analyst (NHIPS) to provide technical support for National System deployment activities, including TDR and cutover, and assist in investigating complex issues across multiple technologies. The role requires clear communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.

You will help document workflows, train new team members, and lead cutover planning for deployment activities to ensure a smooth go-live process.

Position Overview

The Assistant Lead Analyst provide technical support for the National System's Deployment activity including Technical Dry Run (TDR)/ Cutover and supports the investigation involving key technologies and application domains.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain TDR documentation and guides. Develop supporting documentation for all TDR activities
• Assist in implementation of TDR for institutions as part of deployment activities
• Assist in documentation of key application workflows
• Assist in training new members of the team for TDR activities
• Assist in investigation of complex user reported issues during TDR and provide support before and during go-live
• Develop mitigating and/or preventive solutions as part of TDR activities
• To lead and perform the activities in the various cutover planning/assessment for the deployment team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• 5-8 years of Technical / Application Support experience on multi technology platforms
• Strong Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
• Proven experience supporting Web / Client based applications
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and has the drive to understand and provide solutions to complex technical problems
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Must be able to track the timeline closely for planned activities
• Must be able to work as a team and have good communication skills
