We are based at SJ Campus in Singapore and seek an Assistant Manager for Bids and Business Development to support growth and delivery of our security and engineering services.

Qualificações

• Two to four years of experience in business development or bid coordination.
• Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, built environment, or security consultancy preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary submissions and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Market and opportunity development: research security consultancy opportunities and build a qualified pipeline.
• Client and stakeholder engagement: follow-ups with developers, asset owners, agencies, architects, engineers, contractors, and partners.
• Proposals and tenders: manage EOIs, prequalifications, quotations, fee proposals and tender submissions; coordinate inputs and deadlines.
• Service positioning: assist with marketing materials and case studies for services such as security risk assessment and blast engineering.
• Commercial administration: assist with fee build-ups, subconsultant quotations, revenue forecasting, and WIP monitoring.
• Project mobilisation and operations: project setup, resource schedules, deliverable registers, document control, and subconsultants.
