Job summary

TOPPAN Ecquaria Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable IT Project Manager to lead development of our solutions and applications.

You will manage a team of business analysts and developers through the full project lifecycle, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to meet scope, schedule and resource targets. You should bring a computer science background with at least four years in IT project management; government sector exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Computer Science background or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of IT project management experience with strong problem analysis.
• Prior Government sector project management exposure is an added advantage.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Good inter-personal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of TOPPAN Ecquaria's solutions and applications.
• Lead a team of business analysts and developers through the full project lifecycle.
• Oversee each phase of development; ensure tasks and objectives are met; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
• Accountable for project scope, schedule and resources used.
• Oversee profit and loss of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and implementation of TOPPAN Ecquaria's solutions and applications
• Manage and lead a team of business analysts and developers in the entire project development life cycle
• Manage each phase of the development life cycle and ensure that all tasks/objectives in each phase are met Manage the expectations of Stakeholders and Clients
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Accountable for the scope, schedule and resources used
• Manage and oversee the profit and loss of the project

Pre-requisites:

• Computer Science background or equivalent
• At least 4 of project management experience in IT, with strong problem analysis skills.
• Prior experience in the Government sector with project management exposure will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong inter-personal relationship
• CITPM or PMP-certified will be an advantage
• Good understanding of Cloud Computing and Java / .NET / Web technologies will be an advantage
