Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites an experienced IT Administrator to lead the IT team, oversee daily activities, and support major IT projects at our West Singapore office.

You will manage infrastructure, coordinate with HQ, and ensure a robust, secure IT environment. The role requires a IT-related degree, at least six years of IT admin experience, knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, and familiarity with Promax/Virtual Environment and Microsoft Business Central is a plus.

Job description

• Salary Range: $4,500 - $5,000
• Working Days: 5 days, Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: West (Toh Guan)

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT team, oversee daily activities, and support major IT project management.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and work with the IT team to maintain an effective IT environment.
• Coordinate and facilitate IT matters with HQ and internal stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and maintain IT environments.
• Manage risks, ensure timely project delivery, and improve processes related to IT responsibilities.
• Support the Sales team in ensuring tender proposals comply with required network specifications and review proposed system network designs and configurations.
• Support Project Engineers in setting up and configuring system network components, including IP cameras, Storage Area Networks (SAN), servers, switches, routers, workstations, and other peripherals.
• Work with Service Engineers to identify and resolve network-related hardware and software issues.
• Manage office network administration, including the setup, maintenance, and security of network infrastructure.
• Manage office system administration, including servers, storage, and software applications.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot IT issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT administration roles.
• Possess knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT security controls.
• Knowledge of Promax/Virtual Environment and Microsoft Business Central will be an added advantage.
