TREETOPS EXECUTIVE RESIDENCES is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in leading daily operations and ensuring top standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise a housekeeping team, conduct inspections, manage inventories, and assist in staff development while upholding safety and service standards in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for apartments and public areas.
• Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver high service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, safety and hygiene.
• Manage inventory and coordinate replenishments of amenities and supplies.
• Assist with scheduling, manpower planning and staff training.
• Handle guest requests and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Support performance appraisals and staff development.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
