Job summary

Fresh Cleaning Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of cleaning staff, ensure high cleaning standards, and uphold safety and quality.

You will assign duties, prepare schedules, monitor attendance, and train new staff on methods and safety procedures. Daily room/area checks will be conducted to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality. You will manage inventory, respond to client feedback, comply with SOPs, and step in to clean

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work.
