Job summary

Wilby Estate International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to assist in directing daily operations across Unit Cleaning, Laundry, Landscape, Public Areas, and Pest Control.

You will conduct briefings, train teams, schedule assignments, monitor cleanliness, and ensure guest comfort. The role requires 2–3 years in housekeeping supervision and familiarity with serviced apartment operations.

Qualifications

• Hotel diploma or certificate in Hospitality.
• Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Familiar with hotel/serviced apartment operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of Unit Cleaning, Laundry, Landscape, Public Areas, and Pest Control.
• Cary out quality control checks of rooms/units ensuring cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Conduct daily briefing, training, and monitoring of outsource and internal cleaning teams.
• Plan and schedule daily room attendant’s assignments and note guest requests.
• Inspect units to ensure cleaning completed by end of day.
• Inspect public areas, grounds and landscape maintenance.
• Record routine pest control treatments and coordinate urgent pest control with outsource vendor.
• Ensure all keys are monitored and accounted for daily.
• Coordinate checks on in-house linen, guest laundry and staff uniforms.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• To assist Regional Housekeeping Manager in directing the daily operations of Unit Cleaning, Laundry, Landscape, Public Areas, and Pest Control
• Carries out quality control checks of rooms/units, ensuring the rooms/units are maintained with utmost cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
• Conducts daily briefing, training, and monitoring of outsource and internal cleaning teams, ensuring cleaning standards are met and exceeded for all guests.
• Plan and schedule daily room attendant’s assignments, noting all guests’ requests and preferences.
• Inspecting and ensuring all units assigned are cleaned and completed by end of each day.
• Carries out inspections on public areas, grounds and landscape are well maintained.
• To check and record routine pest control treatments are carried out in units and public areas.
• To arrange for urgent pest control treatments with outsource vendor if required.
• To ensure all sub master and master keys are monitored and accounted for daily.
• To coordinate and conduct quality control checks on in-house linen, guest laundry and staff uniforms sent for pressing/washing/dry cleaning without source vendor.
• To monitor stocks and raise EPOs for breakfast, in-house item inventories and welcome packs.
• To liaise with all approved vendors on quality control, receiving, stock ordering and cost control
• To attend daily operations meetings and any other follow up action required by guests/Regional Housekeeping Manger

Requirements:

• Hotel diploma or certificate in Hospitality
• Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience
