Job summary

JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead daily Front Office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor a guest-centric team, manage VIP arrivals, and uphold Shangri-La standards across all guest touchpoints.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, shift leadership, and collaboration with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge and Security to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Proven leadership in Front Office within luxury hotels.
• Strong guest relations, service recovery and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing day-to-day Front Office operations.
• Lead by example to deliver memorable guest experiences with warmth.
• Ensure smooth arrivals, stays and departures for all guests, including VIPs and long-stay guests.
• Review guest feedback and drive improvements to exceed expectations.
• Supervise and develop Front Office colleagues through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain Shangri-La standards and service quality.
