Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join a SGX-listed real estate group. You will be part of a 10-person finance team and report to the Finance Director.

You will consolidate for 10 entities, prepare SGX reporting, group forecasts and assist with board reporting. The ideal candidate has a degree in accountancy and at least 6 years of experience, with hands-on group consolidation and IFRS/SFRS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 6 years working experience, ideally within Real Estate and/or SGX Listed firms.
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation.
• Familiarity with IFRS and SFRS.
• Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare group consolidation for 10 entities and financial reporting.
• Report to the Finance Director; prepare SGX reporting, group forecasts and assist with board reporting.

Education

Degree in Accountancy

Our client, a SGX Listed firm within the Real Estate industry is currently seeking for an Assistant Finance Manager.

As part of a 10-man team, the Assistant Finance Manager be responsible for the preparation of group consolidation for 10 entities and financial reporting. Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will prepare SGX reporting, group forecasts and assist with board reporting.
