You will manage invoices, payments, and staff claims while coordinating with external accountants and driving system improvements using NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in fund accounting, audits, or fund administration.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience with configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Proven ability to automate processes or improve finance system efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of fund structures and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review external accountant work and ensure timely monthly/quarterly accounts.
• Maintain and optimize NetSuite as core accounting system.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance processes.
• Support tax compliance across GST, corporate tax, and filings.
• Coordinate year-end audits with internal/external auditors.
• Ensure accuracy and audit-readiness of finance and compliance records.
