Job summary

Arrowpoint is an Asia-focused multi-strategy hedge fund based in Singapore. The Assistant Finance Manager will oversee core financial operations across management companies and funds, handling invoices, payments and staff claims while coordinating with an external accountant and driving finance process improvements with NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5–7 years' experience in fund accounting, audit (Big 4 or mid-tier), fund administration, or multi-PM hedge funds.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience and ability to manage configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience driving process automation or efficiency improvements in finance.
• Strong knowledge of fund structures, fund accounting, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing external service providers (accountants, fund admins).
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• High integrity and ownership of duties.

Responsibilities

• Review the work performed by the external accountant, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly/quarterly management accounts and month-end closing
• Maintain and optimize NetSuite as the firm's core accounting system, including managing workflows, reporting templates, and system configuration
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance processes, reducing manual work and improving data accuracy across systems
• Support tax compliance matters, including GST, corporate income tax, and other statutory or regulatory filings in relevant jurisdictions
• Support coordination of year-end audits for both the management company and funds, including preparation of schedules and liaison with internal and external auditors and tax advisors
• Review documentation and records to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness across finance and compliance processes
