Job summary

TRI-CAP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant / Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations for its Singapore entity and investment holdings.

You will manage accounting records, prepare quarterly management accounts, coordinate annual audits under SFRS, monitor budgets, maintain loan schedules, and liaise with external advisers and internal stakeholders. Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of experience in the alternative sector.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS and IPEV.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and well-organised.
• Excellent communication with external advisers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations of Singapore entity and investment holding companies.
• Maintain accounting records and supervise daily financial transactions.
• Prepare quarterly management accounts for the management company and investment holding entities.
• Coordinate preparation of annual audited financial statements under SFRS.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets.
• Maintain loan schedules and related records.
• Lead the annual audit process and meet statutory deadlines.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable across entities.
• Support improvements to group structures, finance policies and procedures.
