Overview

Assistant Executive, Training and Admin (Maternity Cover) – 4-month contract, Singapore. This role coordinates training logistics, manages records, and ensures smooth execution of internal and external training programs.

Responsibilities
  • General Training Administration: Create TMSi accounts for new joiners, coordinate with IT to remove accounts for leavers, maintain accurate training attendance and certification records, order and prepare training materials, generate monthly training reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • RTC (Regional Training Centre) Training Support: Register aftersales staff for RTC courses, match them to suitable programs, coordinate training schedules with operational needs, handle travel arrangements and liaise with finance and travel agents, communicate training details to managers and participants, track completion of pre- and post-training assignments.
  • Sales & Product Genius Training Support: Register sales staff for BMW Asia training sessions, prepare attendance sheets and training rooms, arrange refreshments and assist trainers with materials, collect feedback and monitor post-training assignments.
  • PML In-House Training (Technical & Non-Technical): Create and manage training events in the system, support room setup, material preparation, refreshments, assist with visual aids and presentation materials, coordinate communication and track training progress.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Assist with any other administrative or training-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • This is a 4-month maternity cover contract.
  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
