Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant Engineer for Product Testing in Smart Security Automation. The role involves supporting project delivery, setting up systems, testing CCTV and access-control equipment, and coordinating with PMs and engineers at the Satellite Hub site in Singapore.

Ideal candidates will have basic networking knowledge, Windows OS proficiency, and the ability to work independently in field environments, including night testing and on-site site visits.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Networking and Windows OS.
• Setup and install access control system e.g. key management system, CCTV, card reader or gantry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to fulfil contract obligations within timeline, cost and scope.
• Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters.
• Perform system setup and testing of equipment, resolve technical issues.
• Test products indoors/outdoors and in remote areas under hot environments.
• Be able to work late nights during night testing.
