Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant Engineer for Product Testing in Smart Security Automation. The role involves supporting project delivery, setting up systems, testing CCTV and access-control equipment, and coordinating with PMs and engineers at the Satellite Hub site in Singapore.

Ideal candidates will have basic networking knowledge, Windows OS proficiency, and the ability to work independently in field environments, including night testing and on-site site visits.

• Setup and install access control system e.g. key management system, CCTV, card reader or gantry.

• Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost and scope
• Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters
• Perform System Setup, testing of equipment, resolve technical issues
• Would be good to have Basic understanding in CCTV
• Basic setup of Network switches and able to perform network check and IP address configuration of all the network devices
• Testing of products indoor/ outdoor
• Able to work in remote areas under the hot environment
• Able to work till late night during night testing

• Working location: Toggle between STE office and project sites
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 0830 to 1800H. Will be expected to work beyond these days and timing dependent on work exigence.
