Job Description

• Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope
• Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters
• Perform system setup, database setup, and resolve technical & design issues
• Support IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows servers
• Basic setup of network switches and perform network checks with IP address configuration of all network devices within the project
• Installation, debugging and troubleshooting of IT-related issues

Job Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience in IT Management Systems deployment or equivalent experience
• Proficient in database, networking, Windows OS, and servers
• Skilled at setting up database clusters, data backup, and recovery processes
• Experience in data migration, integration, and monitoring; responsible for data security and personal data protection
• Strong skillset in system and architecture design, able to draft professional documentation
• Experience analyzing tender requirements and supporting tender bidding
• Knowledge of certification management, key management, and infrastructure common services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, eG, KMS, anti‑virus, patch management, MDM, etc.
• Experience with system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, and familiarity with deployment, staging test, and production system setup procedures

Preferred Knowledge

• SQL Management Studio application and database table design
• Vulnerability assessment, VAPT tools
• Software development knowledge
• Access control system experience (e.g., key manage system, CCTV, card reader or gantry)
• Redundancy technology knowledge (e.g., failover clustering, NIC teaming)
