Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project coordination, engineering, or construction projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of local authority submissions and permit processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope understanding, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Coordinate with clients to identify requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Schedule, attend, and document meetings with stakeholders and teams.
• Obtain and maintain approvals/permits from authorities (NCE, LTA, NParks, GTP, MPA, LPB).
• Coordinate with TPOM Officers and authorities for compliance and site operations.
• Track permit validity and renewals for project execution.
• Liaise with SP Group regarding work schedules and reinstatement activities.
• Support Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Participate in design/coordination meetings and suggest improvements.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and resource utilization to stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and correspondence.
• Serve as a key contact for project communications and working groups.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Head of Department.
