Job summary

NEW MODE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a lab technician to operate test equipment, conduct measurements in a controlled test chamber, and support engineers and the Facility Manager with procurement tasks from RFS, ER and GA.

The candidate should have a fresh graduate background or 1–2 years of experience, a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (RF domain preferred), basic soldering skills, and strong teamwork and communication abilities. Singaporean applicants only.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years' experience in related field.
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent, preferable RF domain.
• Basic soldering and familiarity with electronic components and PCBs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Operate test equipment and perform measurements in a test chamber.
• Assist Engineers and Facility Manager in procurement from RFS, ER, and GA.
• Assist FM in day-to-day running of the labs.

• Assist Engineers and Facility Manager (FM) in procurement of components/parts (from Request for Sourcing (RFS), Evaluation Report (ER) and Goods Acceptance (GA)).
• Assist FM in day-to-day running of the labs.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate, or 1-2 years of working experience.
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent preferably in RF domain is preferred.
• Basic manual soldering skill and familiar with electronic components and printed circuit boards.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Possess good teamwork and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems at work.
• Open to Singaporeans only.

Working Hours

The working hours are as follows:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Lunch: 1 hour
