Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Test Technician to support the testing team. You will perform hands-on assembly and disassembly of testing equipment, follow test procedures, and document results to ensure quality.

The role involves reviewing test requirements, executing test cases, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining test gear. Diploma/Nitec in engineering and at least 1 year of testing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec in Engineering or relevant studies.
• Minimum 1 year of software or device or prototype testing.
• Experience in equipment assembly is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Assist Test Engineer to carry out all the test and de-bug related activities.
• Perform hands-on assembly & disassembly of testing equipment/device according to work instructions and test procedures.
• Review and clarify test requirements.
• Execute testing based on the test cases.
• Perform the exploratory test and clarify test procedure when needed.
• Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes for the issues and report the defects.
• Record and document results.
• Assist in maintaining test equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Test Engineer to carry out all the test and de-bug related activities
• Perform hands-on assembly & disassembly of testing equipment/device so that testing activities is in accordance to work instructions, test procedures and work schedule
• Review and clarify test requirement
• Execute testing based on the test cases
• Perform the exploratory test and clarify test procedure when needed
• Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes for the issues and report the defects
• Record and document results
• Assist in maintaining test equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Nitec in Engineering or relevant studies
• Minimum 1 year of software or device or prototype testing
• Experience in equipment, sub-module and machine assembly will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
