Job summary

Beyondsoft Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd is seeking a Reliability Engineer to set up design qualification plans for new hardware products and manage reliability programs in mass production.

You will perform failure analysis and collaborate with remote quality teams to ensure shipped products meet standards. The role requires hands-on experience with Intel-based devices, familiarity with environmental testing, data analytics, and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Intel-based desktop, notebook, tablet or peripheral products in manufacturing.
• Familiar with environmental and reliability testing standards and methods.
• Knowledge of failure mechanisms, life data analysis and accelerated life testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data analytics or statistical tools knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Linux or Windows environments.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI is a plus.

• Engage third party test labs for test support, including occasional site visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Hands-on experience with Intel based desktop, notebook, tablet, or peripheral products in a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with environmental and reliability testing standards, methods, and tools
• Knowledge of failure mechanisms, life data analysis, and accelerated life testing
• Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
• Data analytics or statistical/reliability tools knowledge is a plus
• Comfortable in Linux, Windows, or PC based environments
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus)
• Willing to travel occasionally to third party test labs
